Tacita Dean: Prints & Photographs

Tacita Dean was born in Canterbury in 1965. She has been the recipient of various awards including the Kurt Schwitters Prize in 2009, and the Hugo Boss Prize in 2006. In 2018 she staged three distinct exhibitions in an unprecedented collaboration between three major London galleries: LANDSCAPE (Royal Academy of Arts), PORTRAIT (National Portrait Gallery), and STILL LIFE (National Gallery).

Other recent exhibitions include: EMMA – Espoo Museum of Modern Art, Espoo, Finland (2020), Serralves Museum, Porto (2019), Kunsthaus Bregenz, Austria (2018), The Fruitmarket Gallery, Edinburgh (2018), Museo Tamayo, Mexico City (2016), Instituto Moreira Salles, Rio de Janeiro (2013). In 2011 she staged FILM, the twelfth commission in The Unilever Series at Tate Modern.
